Terms of Service

The terms you agree to when you use Vaarta, including fees and acceptable use.

Who you are contracting with

Vaarta is a trading name of Ayush Dental, a proprietorship registered in Kerala. Your agreement is with that entity.

What we provide

Access to the Vaarta platform, assistance with Meta business verification and message template approval, and support during business hours. We connect your number to the WhatsApp Business Platform; we do not operate WhatsApp itself and cannot guarantee its availability.

Fees

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees. GST applies where registered.
  • The first month is free for new customers, starting the day your first message template goes live — not the day you sign up.
  • Meta's per-message charges are billed by Meta directly to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account. We do not collect them and do not mark them up.
  • Cancel any time with 30 days' notice; we do not refund part-months, and we do not charge an exit fee.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Message anyone who has not given consent, or who has asked you to stop.
  • Send content prohibited by Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Commerce Policy.
  • Send unlawful, misleading, or harassing messages, or impersonate another business.

Meta can suspend or ban a number for policy violations independently of us. We may suspend an account that puts our platform's standing with Meta at risk, and we will tell you why.

Your account and your data

The WhatsApp Business Account and phone number are registered to your business and remain yours. On termination you keep them, and we will export your contact and message history on request within 30 days.

Availability and liability

We aim for the platform to be available during business hours and to restore service promptly otherwise. We are not liable for message delivery failures caused by Meta, by network operators, or by a recipient's device. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
