Deleting Your Data

Meta requires every app that uses Facebook Login to say plainly how a person gets their data deleted. This is that page.

Disconnecting, which you can do yourself

Sign in and disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account, or remove our app from your Meta Business settings. Either one revokes the access token we hold. From that moment we cannot send a message or read a reply on your behalf, whatever else is still stored.

Asking us to delete everything

Write to support@vaartatech.com from the address your account uses, or from one we can verify belongs to the business. Say which business you are asking for. We answer within 7 days and delete within 30.

What is deleted

• Your account: business name, contact email, sign-in credentials.
• The WhatsApp connection: access token, phone number ID, business account ID.
• The message log: what was sent, to which number, and whether it was delivered.
• Any contact details your own system sent us in order to message someone.

What survives, and why

• Invoices and tax records — Indian law requires we keep these for eight years. They carry your business name and what you paid, never message content.
• Messages already delivered — a message that reached a phone is on that phone, and on Meta's systems under Meta's own retention. We cannot reach either.
• Your own copy — the system you connected keeps its own record of its conversations. Deleting your data here does not delete it there; ask them too.

If you are a patient or customer, not a business

We process your number on behalf of the business that messaged you. Ask them — they decide what is kept and can have it deleted. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will pass the request on and tell you we have.

Facebook Login specifically

We receive only your name and user ID from Facebook Login, used to record who authorised the WhatsApp connection. Removing our app in Facebook settings ends our access to it; write to us to have the stored copy deleted.
